Letitia Harmon is the Policy and Research Director. She graduated from the University of Washington and began working on gender-based violence prevention policies in India, Kuwait, and Kenya. Since then, she’s worked as a consultant for Department of Justice projects, including President Obama’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing, an International Human Rights Consultant, and Civil Rights Policy Analyst at the international, federal, and state level. Before joining Florida Rising, she served as the ACLU of Kansas Policy Director.
